Chabad Collection
Our Chabad collection offers a wide variety of religious articles used and made by the largest Hassidic movement in the world. Chabad was founded in 1755 by Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, and the name of the movement is an acronym in Hebrew for Chochmah, Binah, Da'at: "Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge", which are the pillars of the religious movement.
The Chabad movement practices all aspects of Judaism, and thus requires many items, such as Kippas, Tallits, Mezuzahs, Menorahs, and more. All Chabad items in our collection are authentic and designed by experts in the field of religious articles.
The Chabad Kippas we offer come in a variety of colors, styles, and sizes, making them a great gift for events like Bar-Mitzvahs or weddings. Almost all kippas can be customized with embroidery or imprinting, adding a personal touch.
Chabad Menorahs make for a beautiful addition to Hanukkah. These include the traditional menorahs with their standard design, but also more modern ones. Interestingly enough, the Chabad movement has minor customs that change some aspects of the religious practices. For instance, it is the custom of Chabad Jews to place the Hanukkah menorah against the room's doorpost, instead of the windowsill
Chabad Mezuzahs come in many sizes and styles, all of them designed to fit your doorpost and hold the scroll parchment within. All of the parchments from Chabad are 100% kosher, so your only concern is finding a mezuzah that matches your tastes and fits your budget.
Tallits from Chabad are made in the traditional styles, made to be worn according to the Jewish tradition by men in order to fulfill a mitzvah (commandment). These tallits tend to come mainly in blue or black stripes, and are always made of the highest quality wool - usually Turkish. If you would like to personalize your tallit, one of the simplest options we offer is to have your name sewn into the top of the tallit. Another option is to attach an atara – a piece of cloth that is attached to the top edge of tallits.
